radio-jarocho.jpgThe newly released album 'Rios de Norte y Sur' is collaboration of the band Radio Jarocho from New York and son jarocho legend Zenen Zeferino. On July 7, they will be teaching a son jarocho workshop, including jarana and zapateado, and then perform a concert. The fee for the workshop includes a ticket to the concert.

Jarana workshop with Zenen Zeferino 5:00PM - In this workshop students will learn strumming, phrasing, and lyrics of traditional son jarocho songs.

Zapateado workshop with Julia del Palacio 6:00PM - She will teach the basic steps of son jarocho with combinations for more advanced students.
