| 4. | DR | Mid-Winter Fest '10: 1/23/10 secured at Dougherty Arts Center "subject to change". Still looking for a good date to tour Carver Museum facilities discussed last month.

| 5. | JD | ASBF-09, October 16-18. A list of bands is in the works. No firm confirmations on line-up. Quebe Sisters Band mentioned as possible. Cory McCauley - should we ask again? Three years in a row playing ABSF. |

| Food - Sarah Weber (thinking about) EP - sister Virginia Hamilton agreed to help HR - mother available to help |

| HEB will also provide discounts to non-profits with advance notice. | ||
| AW will meet with an events planner for tips on obtaining gift cards, funds, and materials in general for festival. | ||
| AW - works next door to the "Highlander Newspaper" in Marble Falls. As an assignment, the paper has offered to utilize Journalism students working there to do a write-up on the ABSF. DR offered to provide photos. | ||
| Discussion on raffle and silent auction places to ask. | ||
| CF | Official AFTM form needed to hand out when asking for donation. HR offered to put one together. CF will send make-shift form she used for mid-winter fest. | |

| TW | Reel Times to come out soon. DR asked if he would contribute an article on recent Fiddlers Olympics events and he agreed to do this. | |
| SR | Generic AFTM business cards will be made. Send HR info for designing the cards. | |
